PERFECT HOLIDAY GIFTS FOR THE CREATIVE WELLNESS LOVER

Happy Holidays from EPM! We are so thankful for each and every one of you in our EPM community. Hoping this holiday season provides rest and time to enjoy family and friends. We started discussing in one of our staff meetings what we would like to share as gift ideas as the holiday approaches. We have so many talented collaborators with offerings available the thought occurred to us to take this space to share them with you. Also (spoiler alert…look out for an upcoming blog post on her experience) our founder, Erin was able to go on retreat with WIM HOFF in Norway and wanted to share his APP as an introduction to his methods…

JULIAN HYZLER of EASEL&LENS has a gorgeous collection of scaled down paintings that are truly incredible. You can browse his selection HERE. Julian also just announced a new ONLINE group course that starts in January. Join Julian and a small art group together online, for 4 x 100 minute lessons throughout the month. We will be spending the month exploring the human form. This will be our third installment of our series exploring the human figure - this time through the work of four famous artists whose work owes much to their understanding of this fundamental topic in the study of art history.

MINDY JOHSTONE has a couple different options for your list. If you are in Banff, Canada you she offers private paint nights and art lessons HERE. Mindy also has an awesome collection of original pieces you can choose from HERE. We are partial to her Italian watercolor series;)

AASIA LEWIS offers somantic alignment YOGA both live and online. “My practice of yoga stems from one foundational concept: what information can I extract from this living, breathing, dynamic system of systems that I inhabit for my entire earthly experience?” She also has Attunement Coaching + Bodywork Services available HERE. “We are social beings and as such, we thrive in partnerships; creating radical spaces that foster deep understanding, genuineness, and positive regard as one wayfares through the journey of self-attunement is the essence of human co-creation and collaboration.”

We love the idea of learning and growing as a gift for our loved ones. Hopefully this has inspired you to get creative and perhaps try some new skills yourself this season. Happiest of Holidays!

xoxo,

EPM team
