Our Give Back partner in Marrakesh, Project Soar, has been up to exciting things, as usual!
If you aren’t familiar with this non-profit, Project Soar “works to empower adolescent girls, providing programs that help girls understand their value, voice, body, rights and path.”
The recently shared a recap video of what 2021 looked like for them here, and as you can see, they are giving these young women the space and tools they need to further their education and become future leaders.
They are continuing the provide education, from classes on meditation and composting to new projects, like their campaign with @unfpamaroc to “raise awareness around menstrual hygiene, advocate for the normalization of menstruation discussions and improve enabling environments for Moroccan teen girls.”
They also expanded beyond the Moroccan borders into Syria!
